CO-FOUNDER

With over 43 years of experience in the construction industry and with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Keith has accurately and profitably estimated, managed, and completed over 300 commercial and multi-family building projects ranging from $100,000 up to $250 million. Mr. Thomas who is Gold Seal certified with the Canadian Construction Association in both estimating and project management has successfully coordinated upwards of 50 subcontractors on a variety of projects simultaneously, including developing contract language documenting agreed upon prices, schedules, procedures, and responsibilities. He has experience with a broad spectrum of heavy equipment, presently owning over 14 machines. Specifically, Keith’s areas of expertise include estimating, project management, operations management, residential and commercial, ground up and renovations, deep service and civil construction, time and schedule management, budgeting, and forecasting, purchasing, business operation and development. As a partner at InVision Developments, Keith applies his extensive knowledge and skills to ensure your development is completed within deadlines, and with 100% customer satisfaction.

CO-FOUNDER

With a Masters of Architecture and a BA with Major in Architecture, Xeniya is an ambitious and dedicated Architect. She first got her registration with Ontario Association of Architects in 2012, followed by a registration with Alberta Association of Architects. She delivered many projects working for large reputable firms in those two provinces before moving to Vancouver Island 5 years ago with her family. She is currently holding a registration with the province of British Columbia, as well as a LEED BD+C certification, as well as working towards her Real Estate License as part of her professional development goal. Xeniya has extensive experience delivering complex residential, institutional, and commercial projects in Canada and abroad. A developer and a builder herself, Xeniya understands the importance of project viability above all else. Yet as a registered Architect with AIBC she brings strong professional ethics to all her work to ensure the public interest is represented. Her strong sense of design, and a flexible approach to every site ensures your project is on the right track from the start.

She demonstrates excellent communication skills, confidently liaising with clients/colleagues at all levels and consistently establishing strong working relationships, to ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines. Through her education and experience, Xeniya is able to confidently represent clients with all primary consultants to ensure the projects develop with client’s best interest in mind. She is able to review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements, as well as make recommendations on building design, and approach strategies towards different approving authorities.

Tyler’s unique approach to mortgages and project development is at the core of what we do - designing tailored development solutions for each and every client! Before becoming a broker, Tyler had a long career within the banking industry as both a bank branch manager and a construction lending specialist. He is driven to help people solve complex problems they feel are in the way of achieving their dreams. He is a family man, who values the time he and his children spend together, from the very first time he carried them right through to playing sports with them today. Not often without a coffee in hand, Tyler’s someone for whom hard work comes naturally, and who will work hard with the team to find the right development strategy for you.
